How IKLPA Works

IKLPA operates a structure that elevates the quality of records to a state where informed judgments can be made.
Records entered by users go through additional questions and criteria application, and are progressively organized into reports and management structures.

How It Works for Individuals

1

Step 1 | Situation Logging (Situation Logging)

Individuals freely write about their current situation on the record page. Even informal, unorganized memo-style entries are accepted. IKLPA first reviews these records to determine whether they constitute a labor issue that requires structuring.

CTA: Record the situation you are currently experiencing.

2

Step 2 | Clarifying Questions (Clarifying Questions)

After reviewing the initial records, IKLPA provides tailored follow-up questions needed to accurately understand the situation. These questions are customized based on the input and supplement key elements such as frequency, rank relationships, method of instruction, and existence of prior records.

CTA: Answer follow-up questions to organize your situation more accurately.

3

Step 3 | Case Structuring (Case Structuring)

IKLPA synthesizes records and additional answers to organize the flow of events chronologically, separating facts from interpretations. Organizing criteria include time of occurrence, repetition, relationship structure, and key issues. At this stage, individuals receive a situation summary report including a case timeline, key issue summary, and contextual explanation.
4

Step 4 | Risk Assessment (Risk Assessment)

The organized situation is classified by problem type and risk level according to IKLPA's internal criteria. Assessment criteria include repetition, potential for rights violation, power asymmetry, and likelihood of escalation. Individuals receive a judgment report outlining the current risk level, whether management is needed, and potential risks if left unaddressed.
5

Step 5 | Decision Guidance (Decision Guidance)

Based on the assessment results, IKLPA organizes the response options available to the individual. Each option is presented with its implications, points requiring caution, and actions to avoid at the current stage. Individuals receive a decision guide report with comparison tables and next-step checkpoints.
6

Step 6 | Ongoing Management (Ongoing Management)

Based on the chosen direction, IKLPA provides guidance on items to check and when additional records are needed. If the situation changes, existing reports are updated. If new risk signals are identified, re-organization and additional guidance are provided.

For Individuals

If your situation feels unclear, you don't have to figure it out alone.
Leave a record, and through follow-up questions and organization, it will be turned into an actionable report.

How It Works for Enterprises

1

Step 1 | Issue Logging (Issue Logging)

Companies enter labor issues that occurred within the organization in a fact-based manner on the record page. Observations and current concerns from the person in charge can also be submitted.

CTA: Record the current issue.

2

Step 2 | Risk Clarification (Risk Clarification)

After reviewing the submitted content, IKLPA requests additional information needed for risk assessment. Follow-up questions cover frequency, related positions, reporting structure, previous responses, and existence of internal policies.
3

Step 3 | Issue Structuring (Issue Structuring)

Based on records and additional responses, IKLPA organizes issues by event flow, relationship structure, and issue units. During this process, issues are structured into document formats suitable for internal sharing and reporting. Companies receive an issue structuring report including issue overview, timeline, and key issues.
4

Step 4 | Risk Classification (Risk Classification)

Organized issues are categorized by current stage and severity according to IKLPA's risk classification criteria. Assessment criteria include dispute potential, impact on organizational operations, likelihood of external escalation, and repetition risk. Companies receive a risk assessment report specifying the current risk level and whether management is needed.
5

Step 5 | Response Planning & Monitoring (Response Planning & Monitoring)

IKLPA organizes the available response options for the company, providing the impact and considerations for each choice. Subsequently, guidance is provided on supplementing management standards to prevent recurrence of similar issues.

For Enterprises

It's far more efficient to organize labor issues at a manageable stage rather than after they've escalated.
Check what management structure your organization needs first.
