Volunteering & Project Participation
IKLPA operates various forms of collaboration through short-term or mid-to-long-term project-based participation.
Volunteering consists of activities with clear purposes and scope, not simple support roles.
1. Eligible Participants
Individuals who wish to contribute their skills in areas such as labor rights, human rights, data, translation, research, content creation, design, IT, etc.
2. Participation Types
- Project-based participation or volunteering for a set period
- Activity scope, duration, and expected roles are communicated in advance.
3. Compensation & Recognition
- Volunteering is in principle unpaid; some projects may be converted to stipended or contracted arrangement.
- A participation certificate or letter of recommendation may be issued upon completion.
4. Important Notes
- Volunteers are not employees or agents of IKLPA and do not assume legal responsibilities on behalf of IKLPA.
- Information learned during activities cannot be shared externally.
IKLPA is looking for participation that truly makes a difference, not just interest.
