Consultation Connection Standards & Limits

IKLPA supports consultation and expert connections to help individuals resolve labor-related issues more safely and effectively.

However, the following standards and limits are in place to ensure fairness, professionalism, and user protection.

1. When Consultation Connection Is Possible

Consultation connection may be available if one or more of the following requirements are met.

  1. A labor-related issue that occurred during domestic or overseas employment

e.g., Workplace bullying, sexual harassment, unfair dismissal, retaliatory personnel actions, discrimination, contract violations, etc.

  2. The situation can be organized into specific factual circumstances

e.g., Time of occurrence, parties involved, whether repeated, availability of evidence, etc. are organized to a certain level

  3. Professional help in legal, labor, psychological, or interpretation fields is actually needed
  4. A consultation request based on the user's actual experience, not for false or exaggerated purposes

IKLPA reviews through initial record organization and risk assessment whether the matter requires expert connection.

2. When Consultation Connection Is Restricted

In the following cases, consultation connection may be restricted or discontinued.

  • Requests based on clearly false information, third-party defamation, or retaliatory purposes
  • Cases where fact verification is impossible or minimum responses to inquiries are not provided
  • Repeated malicious use, profanity, threats, or inappropriate behavior
  • Cases solely for general disputes or personal emotional counseling unrelated to criminal/civil proceedings
  • Matters that clearly exceed the scope IKLPA can provide

In such cases, alternative information or general guidance may be provided instead of consultation connection.

3. Scope & Limits of Consultation

IKLPA's consultation and connection services are provided within the following scope.

1. Does not replace legal advice

IKLPA is not a law firm and does not guarantee legal judgments or litigation outcomes.

2. Final decision-making is the user's responsibility

Information and connections provided are reference materials; responsibility for choices and execution lies with the user.

3. In emergencies, use immediate response agencies

When there is immediate danger to life or body, local police or emergency services should be used first.

4. Internal Standards for Fair Operation

IKLPA operates consultation connections according to the following principles.

  1. Same criteria applied regardless of case size or social influence
  2. No discrimination based on donation status, membership level, or external pressure
  3. Prevention of conflicts of interest in the expert connection process
  4. Minimum internal documentation of all records and decision processes

5. Notice to Users

IKLPA is not a place that connects unconditionally — we aim to guide users to the safest direction when needed.

Even if consultation connection is restricted, please be informed that the decision follows standards designed to protect users.
