Expert Registration
IKLPA strengthens user support through collaboration with independently practicing experts.
Partnering experts are registered as independent collaborators, not employees.
1. Eligible Experts
- Lawyers, labor attorneys, psychological counselors, interpreters/translators, researchers, etc.
- Individuals with professional qualifications, licenses, or equivalent practical experience in relevant fields
2. Collaboration Method
- Upon IKLPA's request, collaboration may include consultation connections, advisory services, information review, and project participation.
- Each collaboration is conducted on a per-case or per-project basis.
3. Legal Status & Responsibility
- Partnering experts are not employees, agents, or representatives of IKLPA.
- Advice, opinions, and judgments provided by experts are given under their independent responsibility.
- IKLPA does not assume responsibility for the expert's judgment outcomes or legal actions taken.
4. Compensation & Contracts
- Compensation method and payment are negotiated separately for each collaboration engagement.
- Registration itself does not guarantee collaboration opportunities or income.
5. Information Protection & Confidentiality
- Partnering experts must keep all user information and internal information obtained during collaboration confidential.
- Use of information is limited to the purpose of collaboration.
6. Registration & Management
- IKLPA reviews collaboration eligibility based on the submitted information.
- Even after registration, collaboration requests may not be made based on internal standards.
- Updates or deletions of registered information may be requested when needed.
